Appointment requests submitted after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday and over the weekend may not receive a response until the following Monday.
This service is intended primarily for Ball State students, staff, and faculty. The service is also available to BSU alumni, emeriti, Indiana Academy students, Burris Laboratory School students (grades 9-12), visiting students and faculty from other Indiana universities, and community members with research questions.
Appointments are available in person, via phone, Zoom, or WebEx.

Please list at least three different dates and times when you are available to meet with a librarian. Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time. (Appointments may be available after 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday, but will require additional time to schedule.) In order to allow for necessary communication and preparation time, appointments usually cannot be scheduled for the same day a request is made.
